Macmillan Caring Locally Fundraising Campaign

We were asked by the Macmillan ‘Caring Locally’ team to come up with an identity to launch their fund raising campaign to build a new palliative care unit on the site of Christchurch hospital.

Built in 1974, the unit is struggling to meet the needs of the patients. Demand for end of life care in the local area keeps growing. In fact, referrals have tripled over the last 10 years and the pressure on the unit is higher than ever.

So the good people at Macmillan local have commissioned a new building that will be fit for the future. They’ll have the space and equipment they need to make sure patients are always comfortable and pain-free. But they needed to ask for help to make the plans a reality. We came up with the name and identity of the “Brick by Brick’ campaign and all the supporting material to get started. Collection tins and buckets, t shirts, an A-Z of fund-raising brochure, a door to door leaflet, campaign banners plus a digital campaign to follow…..
